Packaging  Courier/Postage Charges   All orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday  Standard courier charges:  $8.50 Christchurch  $8.50 Canterbury  $12.50 the rest of New Zealand  Freight charges are charged on the below mentioned         specifications. Payment Options 

We accept Visa and Mastercard via the DPS secure payment gateway.  All Cannon Hill Gourmet Foods prices stated are inclusive of GST and are in New Zealand Dollars.  
We are unable to deliver purchases to addresses outside of New Zealand.  

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not pass your details on to any company or third party organisation.  Any paymnet information you provide is only used to process your surrent order and is not retained by Cannon Hill Gourmet Foods.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but if goods supplied do not meet with you approval for any reason please contact us and we will work together to solve the problem by replacing the goods or offering you a credit to be used for future Cannon Hill Gourmet Foods purchases.  Items are to be returned within 7 days in their original packaging. Postage and packaging is non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Once orders have been processed we are unable to cancel them.
