here we pick a couple of seasonal produce to focus on and delve a little deeper

  • go with - cream, butter, lemons, parsley, thyme, potatoes, hazelnuts, celery, onions, garlic, olive oil,
                          gruyere cheese, spinach & silverbeet. 
          Cook - Roast, fry, bake, puree. 
          Our picks - Roast with olive oil, thyme, salt, pepper and hazelnuts, serve with melted gruyere cheese.
             Slice thinly and deep fry @ 160c till golden brown. Drain and season, sprinkle with smoked                                        paprika
